Know which kind of reading you are booking
Some advisors offer a broad birth-chart discussion. Others focus on compatibility, work, or a particular period of life. Read the service description and ask what the session includes. A short call may be enough for one question, while a detailed chart interpretation needs more time.
Vedic and Western astrology use different chart conventions. Labels from one system should not be swapped directly for labels from the other.
Prepare birth details carefully
Have your birth date, time, and location available if you know them. Birth time can affect chart interpretation. If it is approximate or unknown, say so before the session and ask how the reader will handle that uncertainty.
Ask questions tied to your actual choices
Bring one situation you can describe clearly. You might ask which strengths you are underusing at work, which relationship pattern deserves attention, or how to pace a planned change. Ask the reader to explain the chart factors they are relying on in plain language.
- Which part of the chart relates to the question I asked?
- What information is uncertain because my birth time is approximate?
- What practical step can I consider after this session?
Keep the interpretation in proportion
A reading can provide a symbolic framework for reflection. It cannot guarantee marriage, income, health outcomes, or the date of a future event. For medical, financial, or legal choices, use qualified advice and evidence alongside any personal reflection.
