How to Interpret Psychic Ratings

A rating can help you compare options, but it cannot prove that a psychic prediction is accurate or guarantee that you will have the same experience as another customer. Before you pay, check what each number describes and where its information came from.

Read the label and scale

First check whether a number is a provider's own customer rating, a third-party review-site average, or an editorial score from a review publisher. Those figures measure different things. Look for the scale, the number of reviews, the date checked, and a link to the original source. If one of those details is missing, treat the number as unverified context rather than a result you can compare precisely.

An overall score can hide differences between categories such as price, support, privacy, or available reading formats. Read the category labels and the explanation beside them. If a page does not show how its overall score is calculated, do not assume the category scores are averaged or weighted in a particular way.

Check the source of customer reviews

Find out who may leave a review, how the service collects it, and whether the page says that a reviewer actually used the service. A platform's own customer feedback and an outside site's reviews are separate sources; neither proves that a psychic can predict the future. Give more weight to specific comments about the service, billing, communication, or support than to a star total with no context.

Review rules differ by provider. For example, California Psychics says customers can leave a written review and a 1–5 star rating from their account after a reading, and that a testimonial must be submitted within 30 days. That describes California Psychics' own process; check each provider's current instructions before relying on its reviews. Read California Psychics' review instructions.

Verify prices and offers on the provider's site

Open the provider's own pricing and terms before booking. Check the regular rate after an introductory offer, whether billing is per minute or per session, any minimum charge, and the steps and deadline for requesting a refund or credit. Prices and offers can change, so a comparison page should not replace the provider's current terms.

Read privacy and support information

Check what personal and payment information a service collects, how it describes billing, and how to contact customer support. A provider's About page can describe its own privacy practices, but verify important details in its current privacy policy and terms. Keen, for example, publishes information about customer reviews and its privacy practices on its About Keen page; that is Keen's own description.

Notice missing information and pressure

  • Be cautious when a rating has no scale, source, review count, or check date.
  • Check whether a review is labeled as verified and what that label means; approval or publication alone does not prove the writer's identity or the outcome described.
  • Read any limits on introductory prices, credits, refunds, and cancellations before sharing payment details.
  • Treat promises of guaranteed predictions or pressure to spend more as reasons to pause and compare other options.

How this site describes its commercial links

Psychic Advisor Ratings says it receives advertising revenue and affiliate commissions when readers book through some links. Its About page says these relationships do not affect its ratings or reviews. That is the publisher's disclosure; read the provider's terms and compare options before booking. Read About Psychic Advisor Ratings.

What a rating cannot tell you

Ratings summarize the information and opinions shown by their source. They cannot establish that a reading will be accurate, predict a personal outcome, or replace medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Psychic Advisor Ratings' disclaimer describes the site's entertainment-purpose limits.
